Use of Services
You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use our services in any way that violates any applicable law, infringes on the rights of others, or restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the service.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ToolHub Pro. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to our service. By uploading content, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the requested service. All uploaded files are permanently deleted within 1 hour.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Use of the service is at your sole risk.
Limitation of Liability
ToolHub Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
